Mary Duhamel 

Graduating from the University of New Hampshire, Mary began her career in Mortgage Banking in Washington, D.C. in 1985.  In 1991, she relocated to Albany, and in 2004 achieved the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB).

Mary is currently a Senior Loan Officer at Home Funding Finders, which allows her to work with individuals in securing their dream of homeownership.  As a loan officer Mary has arranged mortgage loans for over 2,000 families including many first time home buyers, and credit challenged clients.  Mary can arrange all types of mortgage financing for clients including FHA; VA; SONYMA; new construction; renovation loans; no income / no asset verification loans; 10% down investor financing; home equity loans and even 100% loans!!

In addition to her expertise in mortgage lending Mary's BA degree in Spanish allows her to communicate and assist the Latino community.
